It was on his first trip that the Revolter learned of the secret Soviet stockpiles of energy weapons hidden in the Canadian tundra. After his return to Latgalia, confirming his fears that the Soviet empire had not truly ended, the Revolter launched his plan to assure the security of his beloved land.

Radio CommunicationIf you have a two-way radio, keep it set on your faction’s radio channel. You may not monitor or transmit on the other factions' channels. VOX mode, hot mic-ing, and channel jamming are all prohibited. Please familiarize yourself with your radio and program in its channels before arriving at the field.
No TreasonYou must remain loyal to the faction that you are currently on and not betray them, because any form of treason will break this game.
Restricted Spawn-campingYou and your faction are not allowed to stalk, surround, or fire upon the opposing faction's permanent self-respawn location. Likewise, they're not allowed to camp your permanent self-respawn either. However, self-respawn flags at forward operating bases are vulnerable to attack as described below.
Forward Operating BaseAfter the operation begins, both factions may run to claim each forward operating base (FOB). To do so, you must raise your factions "FOB RESPAWN" flag upright into the orange flag holder as shown HERE. If the enemy’s flag is already raised, you must remove it from the flag holder and set it down first. Any locations where your flag is raised will serve as additional self-respawn poles for everyone in your faction. However, at any time, an enemy may come through and deactivate it by switching the flags. You are not allowed to move or hide the flags from these locations. There is no limit to the number of times the FOB flags may be swapped. At endex, one point will be awarded to your faction for each location that has your FOB flag raised on it. The five locations in play are Fort Campbell, Drum, the Gravesite, the Main Bridge, and a small fortification located in the middle of the Valley.
Energy Weapons & WagonsAt startex, each FOB will have one energy weapon, and each faction's permanent self-respawn will have two wagons. You must use one of your faction's wagons to move an energy weapon, and only one weapon at a time may be transported on each wagon. The weapons must be kept out in the open and not hidden. They may be moved from FOB to FOB and not taken far away from the FOBs as to prevent them from being seen. Energy weapons may not be moved within 300 feet of either faction's permanent self-respawn location. You may choose to hold multiple weapons at one FOB or spread them out. You may not touch an opposing faction's wagon, but you may pull your faction's wagon up next to it in order to take possession of an energy weapon. And, you may set up a perimeter around an enemy wagon to prevent them from getting to it. At endex, one point will be awarded to your faction for each energy weapon that is positioned within 20 feet of an orange flag holder that has your faction's FOB flag raised at that time. This is in addition to the point that your faction earned for owning that FOB at endex.
GoalThere are up to ten points available to be earned during this event. The faction with the most points at endex will be declared the winner.
